Hip hop mogul Diddy finally settled the legal battle with photographer Gustavo Garces, who was allegedly attacked on New Year’s Eve 2011 after he snapped some pics of Diddy in his car at a downtown Miami hotel.
The photographer sued Diddy and two of his security personnel, accusing them of punching him after he clicked the pictures.
As per a TMZ.com report, the terms of the settlement were not disclosed, although that normally means that a large payout from the defendant was what tipped the scales in favour of getting this deal done. Neither Diddy’s team nor any representative for Garces have officially commented on the matter as of this writing either.
